Countless breakthrough innovations by women in tech are either unknown or misattributed to men. To celebrate International Women's Day 2024, StarHub wanted to shine a light on these unsung heroines because without them--and women in general-our world wouldn't be the same.

IDEA

Rather than simply boasting about female inventors' numerous accomplishments, we imagined what tech would look like without their contributions-and it looked ridiculous. Introducing 'Nobile Technology', the first-ever phone stripped of all the technologies pioneered by women. A device with no Wi-Fi, no Bluetooth, no GPS, no call button, no caller ID, no contact list, and a long list of no's. And we launched it by spoofing the iconic tech releases packed with sleek animations, micro-focus on details and feature descriptions.
